Some company has a commercial on lately showing a family going away on vacation in their car, Mom's using her cell to make sure the house is all situated with the lights off, doors locked, etc. Then it mentions the thermostat and shows her confirming it's set...At 78F?!

Who the hell sets their thermostat to 78 EVER? Let alone when there isn't even anyone in it for however long they're away?

That'd make sense. Though ya still gotta wonder why bother if no one's home. Set it when you get back, save money and enviromental impact.
