Generally they get moved to the appropriate sub forum. Occasionally one is put in a special forum that only the Mods can see for discussion on what to do with it. Once a decision is made it is moved to the appropriate spot.

I'm not here long enough to figure out how to contact, "one of them through PM" whatever that is. Nor can I figure out how to post a dadgum link even if you told me to find out through, "CP." Are you a "PM" person? I've seen numerous post and even signatures with profanity yet they post without worry.
