Apparently, as part of the 2019 budget proposal in New York, Cuomo included a mug shot ban, which bans the release of mug shot photos.

Of course, I full expect his mug shot to be “leaked”, but if this law is in effect, it could mean New York would have to keep his mug shot photo sealed.

I am willing to bet President Trump will see to it that it is made public. He will likely make campaign posters out of it, bumper stickers, and mailers.

I disagree. The downside of them being released, the democrats having them available for every campaign poster and media ad they run, would be more damaging than any benefit he could gain from having them posted.
