Tulsi Gabbard unleashed a barrage of shocking charges against Hillary Clinton on Wednesday, claiming that she was on 'heavy tranquilizers' and was dealing with 'psycho emotional problems' during the 2016 election.

Gabbard, who is President Donald Trump's director of National Intelligence, said Russia President Vladimir Putin had that information and planned to use it against Clinton when she was serving as president.

The information was in the September 2020 report by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on Russia's attempts to influence the election that Gabbard declassified on Wednesday.
