Hey Starubucks: It's the $8 coffees, not the hybrid work schedule, that's the problem.

that sucks, I recall I had a class, maybe art or something that was from one end to the next to get to, by the time you take a piss, get a drink depending on your schedule it was pretty tough to make it
The teacher was cool though and gave you some grace
One of the main things you don't want the students to do is stop to take a piss.

bring it up with the teacher union you as the teacher should have enough time to take a break and get prepared for the next class.

the kiddies will wait, in fact be more than glad so they can talk with their friends while you set up
Classes must be supervised at all times. In some schools, teachers are required to stand in the doorways to monitor the hallways. The teacher's union has no power over supervision of students as that is a safety issue. besides, if you do not have the power to strike, the school district just says "No!". You can just suck it up, buttercup!

It is easy to see you haven't been in a school in the last thirty years, or you slept your way through.

No way. Gotta get that boost in the afternoon when you wake up at 5 am.
YOU may need to adjust your diet or sleep patterns. I get up at 5-6 every morning and do just fine.

When on the other end you're up until 1 or 2 am correcting papers or writing lesson plans, it catches up with you.

it's called a guess, I have no clue who he is, where he lives or where he teachers, it's actually better not to pry on boards like so I don't want to know.

College doesn't usually call them teachers.
I was teaching a night class at a local community college, but when they flipped the schedule to daytime hours, it conflicted so...

It's the cost of doing business that makes the coffee 8 bucks.

American businesses are being intentionally bankrupted as part of the WEF/Democrats plan to collapse America and fundamentally transform it into something completely different.

Democrats = traitors
Democrats suck but I don't think we can hold them entirely responsible for $8 Starbucks coffees. It's the runaway inflation - from the irresponsible debt run up by both parties for 4 decades - that's responsible.

Before 2020 a mcdouble was a buck after 2024 they are 4 bucks.

What you fail to grasp is the inflation of the last 4 years was done intentionally by traitors who are trying to intentionally collapse America. Most of the money democrats spent from covid to Ukraine was stolen by them.

I sleep and average of about 5 hours a day. Seems to be all I need.

If you have to stay up until 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, then you aren't working very smart. IMO.

Are starbucks emoyees unionized? If not, its time.

Tell me what you did as a teacher. Until then, you should just STFU and listen to people who lived it.
I'm not a teacher but I've made an entire career on working smarter not harder. The same principles can be applied to any field. Accounting, Legal, Retail, construction, blue collar, white collar, WHATEVER. There is an efficient way to work and a non-efficient way to work. And I'm telling you if you're up in the middle of the night doing your work - you aren't working efficiently.

Well, why don't you become a teacher, and then show the rest of them how it is done instead of popping off with bullshit ignorant comments?

You do know that there are teachers out there who share their tips for time management with others. Some work and some don't. I managed teaching, coaching, and teacher certification courses and graduate school, often all at the same time. But I guess since you have never taught, you must be an expert!
