Here's a tip for spreading landscape rock around your yard. A knee and back saver!

I thought I was screwed. I pumped up the tire on my wheelbarrow getting ready to drive over to my son's house to spread a big pile of gravel around his yard. Yeah I know, big fun. Well I forgot I bought that wheel barrow when we had a larger vehicle. It didn't fit in my new one! Crap. Now what? So I had the idea to use a tarp as a "sled". We already had weed guard fabric on the ground so we just shoveled directly onto the folded tarp and then we each grabbed an end and dragged the tarp to where we needed the rock. We were done in a couple of hours and no back aches the next day!

Definitely! And with rock since it's so heavy, having two people split the loads instead of just one doing the wheelbarrow is a big back saver.
