According to a new report, the House Judiciary Committee and Weaponization of the federal government Committee plan to adopt a rule allowing them to issue subpoenas without consulting Democrats.
This will allow both committees to expedite the process of issuing subpoenas.

The GOP-led House Judiciary Committee and select subcommittee on the so-called weaponization of the federal government plan to adopt a rule that will allow Republican members to issue subpoenas without consulting Democrats days ahead of time, according to three sources familiar with the matter.
If they don’t comply with the request Jordan said subpoenas will follow.

There's no way Garland will enforce a House committee subpoena if it could damage the Biden admin. That's just reality.
We've all seen when it is a Democrat dog and pony show ........ cart blanche, actual crackhead smashing seven phones wiener parties with Seth Rich officiating at the hanging of Epstein, not much happens.
People who don't care about the "Rule of Law" won't care about subpoenas either. Especially when they control the rest of the government.
Actually, the courts can stop them. Democrats set the precedent. Let's see if the courts upholds them now that the Republicans have the majority. My bet is that the two-tiered justice system continues.
