Europe's Merkel, Macron, May less popular than Trump

You do realize that Merkel and Macron are the leaders of COALITION governments? How is that a fair comparison to the polls in a country with a 2 party system? May is so unpopular because she has the impossible task of trying to get a good deal on Brexit without having any leverage? And even if all that wasn't true how does Trump's historically low approval rating become any more acceptable because there are other leaders equally unpopular?
