I did too much repetitive tennis serve motions and I uses to do martial arts kicks and knees a lot for practice

I think my side kick and spinning kicks killed me

there was a doctor on HLN News who took Turmeric for arthritis. And according to Julia Cannon, the daughter of Dolores Cannon and a former nurse, in the book Soul Speak, arthritis is caused by being stubborn. Stop being so stubborn and the arthritis may go away. Good Luck!
