I became turned on to traditional/classic country music in the `90's, before Garth Brooks crossed everyone over, but George Jones was my favorite crooner and I have many of his tunes. Alan Jackson was good friends with him, and wrote this song for him.

One of his wives, Tammy Wynette is my favorite female country singer.

Rest in peace, wonderful music maker. I loved the way your songs made me feel.
