If we want to understand the themes behind the themes in much of the films that Hollywood has been putting out for a century it is helpful to realize that many Hollywood stars were involved in the Occult.
Satan has done a pretty good job of portraying Jesus as the Bad Guy by using many of Jesus' own words.
"Many are called, few are chosen."
"There is a broad way leading to destruction and many there be who go in thereat vs a narrow way leading to life and few finding it."
Then we have Jesus talking about a hell or Purgatory Realm that is pretty scary indeed, so, all of this if it not researched further makes Jesus out to be a bad guy.
Personally, I believe that a powerful case can be presented that Messiah Yeshua - Jesus is just getting started and has a plan to go to extreme lengths to save us, as the kingdom of Moshiach ben David, Messiah Son of David, increases and increases and increases even into the realms of the Fallen Watchers, [children and grandchildren of Azazel first], and then later on into all Purgatory or Hell realms.
But over this past century the Bible did tend to make Messiah Yeshua - Jesus look like a bad guy who could not save the majority of us.
My belief is that now finally, we are in the time period when the full plan to save us humans can be revealed.
My belief is that Romans chapters nine, ten and eleven go as close to explaining the "unlawful" things to be uttered that the Apostle Paul wrote about in 2 Corinthians 12: 1-5 as the Apostle Paul felt that he could go after thinking about his 1 Corinthians 12 experience for two or three more years.

27“You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ 28But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. 30And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

[Christian Andreason] :
h. Who goes to heaven?
In the end … believe it or not (sigh of relief), everyone gets to come home! Heaven is a place of ultimate LOVE. When we have learned how to become individuals that base our entire existence and consciousness around manifesting LOVE, we then become capable of entering the domain of the higher realms of heaven. If we do not practice love, we can only go so far and we will be made to incarnate somewhere out there in God’s super universe again and again (unlimited times) until we learn.
Lots of things! Individuals are laughing, relaxing and enjoying one another’s company. Some are off working together in pairs (or larger), so that they might bring a new concept or idea, or accomplish a divinely intended goal for the planet. Some are off to themselves reflecting in far away, peaceful places and learning how to work with and trust the power they hold within them. Others form close-knit groups and enjoy learning together as they are taught by various loving, advanced teachers and guides of spirit. The Realm is a real happening place I can tell you that! I always laugh when I think of society’s image of heaven as little cherubs sitting around playing harps on clouds. Ahhhh … it’s a whole lot more intense than that!

1It is doubtless not profitable for me to boast. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord: 2I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven. 3And I know such a man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— 4how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. 5Of such a one I will boast; yet of myself I will not boast, except in my infirmities. 6For though I might desire to boast, I will not be a fool; for I will speak the truth. But I refrain, lest anyone should think of me above what he sees me to be or hears from me.

Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. 29For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. 30For as you were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, 31even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. 32For God has committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.
33Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!
34“For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?”
35“Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”
36For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
