Has it been mentioned the firearm was taken from the victim and as the ice agent was running off with the weapon it went off
This is initially what it looked and sounded like to me.
I haven't paid much else attention to those videos, though. I'm not listening to all of those whistles. I turned my idiot box on to see what all of the commotion was about and all I heard was whistles for twenty minutes. **** that shit. I turned it off as I've no interest in listening to a steady rotation of whistles blowing. It's annoying.
Now some have said this particular pistol has had a history of going off by itself.
That remains to be discovered.
It's a known issue with those.
But, then, so is the general mishandling of weapons, particularly in a hurry up and **** the football sort of situation like that was.
There was clearly a lot that was wrong about the way that whole thing went down. Dunno why everybody wants to be a cowboy these days. And that goes for both so-called sides of the event.
Looked to me, and correct me if I didn't see what I saw in the video, like the guy with the government gun who pepper sprayed the deceased did so whie his back was turned and walking away and then physically pursued and continued to spray him directly prior to then physically pulling him toward and into the other group of waiting men carrying government guns who then piled up on him was the primary
physical aggressor in that specific moment that I watched.
Looked like the same guy with the government gun was shoving some woman around who was popping her mouth off for something right before that and then the camera aimed toward the ground and then when it came back up the deceased was blocking the woman from the guy with the government gun who was initially shoving her around. Looks like that's when the guy with the government gun started to pursue and pepper spray him right before physically pulling him toward the other men with government guns awaiting to pile up on him.
