Has it been mentioned the firearm was taken from the victim and as the ice agent was running off with the weapon it went off

The bullitt struk the pavement causing what you see officers jumping back. They then fired at the victim
Now some have said this particular pistol has had a history of going off by itself.
That remains to be discovered.
But there is no question it was the vicitms gun that went off but it was when the officer had taken the gun and was running off with it and it discharged
Talk about a bunch of freaky events

This is initially what it looked and sounded like to me.

I haven't paid much else attention to those videos, though. I'm not listening to all of those whistles. I turned my idiot box on to see what all of the commotion was about and all I heard was whistles for twenty minutes. **** that shit. I turned it off as I've no interest in listening to a steady rotation of whistles blowing. It's annoying.

It's a known issue with those.

But, then, so is the general mishandling of weapons, particularly in a hurry up and **** the football sort of situation like that was.

There was clearly a lot that was wrong about the way that whole thing went down. Dunno why everybody wants to be a cowboy these days. And that goes for both so-called sides of the event.

Looked to me, and correct me if I didn't see what I saw in the video, like the guy with the government gun who pepper sprayed the deceased did so whie his back was turned and walking away and then physically pursued and continued to spray him directly prior to then physically pulling him toward and into the other group of waiting men carrying government guns who then piled up on him was the primary physical aggressor in that specific moment that I watched.

Looked like the same guy with the government gun was shoving some woman around who was popping her mouth off for something right before that and then the camera aimed toward the ground and then when it came back up the deceased was blocking the woman from the guy with the government gun who was initially shoving her around. Looks like that's when the guy with the government gun started to pursue and pepper spray him right before physically pulling him toward the other men with government guns awaiting to pile up on him.

Sorry. The victim's gun is visible when the first shot was fired and it didnt go off. Watch video below at 27 seconds.

The first rule of interacting with cops is always let them know what you're doing, and do it SLOWLY.

(Okay, that's two rules).

You have to talk to them like three year olds, be very logical, very detailed, very sequential. Don't confuse them. Only tell them one thing at a time and let it sink in.

If they come to your door with a warrant and demand to be let in, you go, "okay, I'll cooperate. I'm unarmed. I'll unlock the door so you can get in, then take one step back so you can still see me. My hands will be in view at all times. Okay, I'm unlocking the door now".

Street situations are more complicated. A lot can go wrong. Basically you're fucked the instant the ICE guy comes after you, the absolute best thing to do is raise your hands high in the air and let him do what he wants. Getting maced is a whole lot better than getting shot.

Maybe leftards are used to the kind of namby pamby cops that kneel for communists, but ICE isn't screwing around. It's really kinda terminally stupid to be out there disrupting law enforcement

That gun has a history of malfunctions

Sigs seems highly over-rated to me. I once bought a Sig-Sauer 2022, thinking it that a larger pistol might be good for home defense, while I still carry a revolver.

The only think I liked about it was the de-cocker, which I had never trusted before I tried that one. But it was often inaccurate by several inches, with no way to predict in which direction. Literally the only gun I've ever sold.

I have always shot well, even when I didn't used to do it very often and even with a borrowed gun. Not that one though.

Anyway, yeah. That guy probably never even had a gun before the Democrats started advising thier consitutents to shoot ICE officers, so he din't know the difference.
