I haven't seen it yet and it doesn't look like good weather here on its peak.

Here comes the Lyrids meteor shower, the first since January, which reaches its peak this week and occurs in virtually moonless night skies.

Every year. Started last weekend but lasts a couple of weeks. Best time to look is after 2AM.

If you get a clear, moonless night and look for them, face east in the early morning and look for them radiating out from roughly this area of sky from the brightest star you will see (Vega).
