Harris gets no post debate bump...but Trump improves...

Here's a twist for ya... 50% of respondents to this NY Post Poll taken after Tuesday's debate agree that Kamala Harris won the debate...but her new poll numbers were exactly the same as pre-debate.

Who improved?

Donald J. Trump!

Trump gain a percentage point from undecided voters!

Ain't life grand. :D

"In the survey conducted by Leger, half of respondents who watched at least some portion of the ABC News debate said Harris was the winner, while 29% said Trump had gotten the better of the VP and 13% said neither candidate had won the Philadelphia showdown.

However, the poll also shows Trump gained one percentage point of support among likely voters from a pre-debate survey taken following the Democratic National Convention in late August, while Harris held steady."

I agree with those that there were no winners in that debate. Kamala got an F- for total lack of substance and massive misrepresentation, lies, irrelevant content. Can't grade Trump because the moderators did not allow him any opportunity to actually debate important issues.

Who the fuck is Leger?

Léger is a Canadian-owned market research and analytics company

Have you checked any other survey's?

Harris lost support on trust handling the economy after the debate...

Why do you think that the leftists hide her and her "policies" from the public except in highly controlled environments?

Sort of stands to reason really, when the more people see and hear of her the less they like her.

Fake news
It is too soon to know how (or if) this debate affects the polling.

Explains a lot...

Fake news.
Whenever you are considering quoting anything generated by Fox News you should first consider that this is the same source who admitted to lying to it's viewers in a 780 million dollar lawsuit settlement.....then remember the old adage "fool me once, shame on you....fool me twice, shame on ME."

So, all that blather and I don't see any polls countering the assertion in the OP, just a lot of handwringing and whining about media that doesn't follow the narrative. Interesting.

Post debate, gap narrows...Harris now only leads by 1.2 points.

Hillary led by 3.3 and lost.

Biden led by 7 and a 43,000 vote shift in key swing states would have swung the election to Trump.

"In 2020, about 43,000 votes among Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona – a mere 0.03% of the votes cast nationwide – allowed Joe Biden to win."

Can 0.03% of US votes really swing the presidential election?

From The Hill...

"Democrats are voicing frustrations at polling that shows more voters see former President Trump as the moderate candidate in the presidential race against Vice President Harris.

Democrats for years have cast Trump as an extremist who is a threat to democracy. But a poll released by The New York Times and Siena College found more voters see Harris as too liberal than see Trump as too conservative."

Reuters-Ipsos poll, an A-rated poll, Harris +5, an improvement from the previous.

Morning consult poll, also Harris +5, also an improvement for Harris.

The landslide begins. Remember, since 2020, polls have been vastly underestimating the Democratic vote.

How's batboy doing?

By your standards, you must agree batboy exists, since nobody has refuted that tabloid story.

No wonder you're a Trump cultist.
Comparing this;

To this;

". . . The newspaper was founded in 1801 by Alexander Hamilton, a Federalist and Founding Father who was appointed the nation's first Secretary of the Treasury by George Washington. The newspaper became a respected broadsheet in the 19th century, under the name New York Evening Post (originally New-York Evening Post).[5] Its most notable 19th-century editor was William Cullen Bryant. . . ."

Is a fake, disingenuous, and quite frankly, just ignorant comparison.

To compare the nation's oldest daily with clap trap?

🤔

I swear, if folks on this site didn't have their fallacious arguments, they would have nothing at all.

Chris Cizzilla: Not that much has changed in this campaign.

"The same people that preached the economy was great under Biden are now preaching Kamala will fix the economy."
