Isn't this not Molding because it's exposed to the air?...

Mold happens in a bag of bread for Obvious reasons, doesn't it?...

Maybe I should do a Side by Side with a Happy Meal and a Homemade Meal that was the same...

It has been this way for ages. Throw a bag of McD's fries on the floor of your truck. In 6 months they are as fit to eat as the day you bought em.
