You probably would hire them.
"Do you hate Jews?" isn't on my application form. It's also hard to tell by looking at them. If they told me, then no, they wouldn't get hired.

I wonder if the manager was fired as well. I remember reading here a few years ago about a McDonald's employee who was fired because they said to a cop who came in for a meal, "We don't serve pigs." Not only was that worker fired, but the owner of the building fired the manager for it too.
