I think the blockade should be put to an end.
I don't believe that Hamas has the welfare of the Palistinian people as top priority. So ending the blockade will make it easier for counter productive elements of Hamas to do what we all expect from them. (Seek a little victory by firing a rocket or two).
I'm not a pessimist, but the inability to solve this conflict isn't one sides fault. It is easy to see what needs to be in place:
1. All parties need to understand that they are going to share this place on earth.
So long as the temple mont is a piece of land each clam rights to, there will never be peace. Temple mont needs to be destroyed. Blow back to the gods of all 3 religions. That is the bottom line enemy of all parties involved.
Well, I'd like to amend that.
There will be no peace as long as Jews have their traditional homeland, Israel, while the pretenders who are nothing more than the modern day Philistines make the same claim. Jews had been able to live in peace with Arabs when they are not being shelled, or suicide bombed and they get to keep THEIR land including all of Jerusalem and the Temple Mont.
the first place.
Now don't even bother about legitimacy claims by islam for the land, they are invalid to me. It was Jewish land for over a millenia before the creation of that religion.
