This is going to turn out to be one of the dumbest "peace" deals ever. The Palestinians never should have been allowed to return to Gaza to begin with. Israel should have finished the job, but if westerners no longer have the stomach to do what's necessary, at the bare minimum any agreement should have hinged on the dismantling of Hamas and the imprisonment of every remaining member. They're simply going to regroup and the same violence towards Israel will ultimately resume.

Hamas has recalled about 7,000 members of its security forces to reassert control over areas of Gaza recently vacated by Israeli troops, according to local sources.

The Palestinian group also appointed five new governors all with military backgrounds, some of whom previously commanded brigades in its armed wing.

The mobilisation order was reportedly issued via phone calls and text messages which said the aim was to "cleanse Gaza of outlaws and collaborators with Israel" and told fighters to report within 24 hours.

Reports from Gaza suggest armed Hamas units have already deployed across several districts, some wearing civilian clothes and others in the blue uniforms of the Gaza police. The Hamas media office denied it was deploying "fighters in the streets".

Then they can die too. Israel won't hesitate to turn them into pink mist.

🚨
BREAKING: Hamas militias have announced plans to execute 30 Gazans within hours.

These developments in Gaza have received zero media attention, while Hamas continues committing horrific crimes against civilians right now.
DO YOU CARE? I thought you cared!!!

I am sure after the hostages are returned, the bombing will return.

IF TRUE; the BBC aren't necessarily using accurate numbers but I'm with you that Hamas has GOT TO GO!!!

It's getting real again. Hamas isn't buying into the deal.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the country's military to launch "powerful" airstrikes on Gaza on Tuesday, imperiling the fragile U.S.-brokered ceasefire.

"Following security consultations, Prime Minister Netanyahu instructed the military echelon to carry out powerful strikes in the Gaza Strip immediately," his office said in a statement.

An IDF official said the command is a result of Hamas allegedly attacking soldiers in Rafah in an Israeli-controlled area. NBC News has not independently verified this attack. The official would not confirm if airstrikes would be launched Tuesday night. The U.S. State Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the move.

Hamas opened fire on IDF twice and fudged the Remains Repatriation mandates 4 times , so Israel got the message and is retaliating

According to Trump's 20 point plan, after the hostages are returned, for the plan to go any further, Hamas must voluntarily disarm, and it clearly will not; according to the King of Jordan, the Arab states will not take steps to force Hamas to disarm, so the only way Hamas will be disarmed is for Israel to do it, but that will likely take about two years, and because of the political situation in Israel and around the world that would be possible only with strong and resolute US backing.

The surviving hostages have been returned and just over half of the dead hostages have been returned, and that is a great accomplishment, but it is hard to see how the President's 20 point plan can go any further now and the yellow ling is likely to become a new border, attaching half of Gaza to Israel, providing a substantial buffer zone against any future Hamas attacks, and isolating the other half from the rest of the world.
