So soll einer der Angeklagten bereits im Mai 2019 unter anderem eine Kalaschnikow sowie Munition in einem Erdloch in Bulgarien vergraben haben. Auch bereits bestehende Waffenverstecke in Polen und Dänemark sollen die Angeklagten laut Anklage aufgesucht haben.
Allerdings sei das Versteck in Polen nie gefunden worden, weder von den mutmaßlichen Hamas-Mitgliedern noch von den Behörden.

Laut Bundesanwaltschaft sind unter anderem die israelische Botschaft in Berlin, die US Air Base in Ramstein sowie das Gebiet um den Tempelhofer Flughafen in Berlin mögliche Anschlagsziele gewesen. Allerdings habe sich die Planung noch in einem frühen Stadium befunden. Der Vorwurf der Bundesanwaltschaft lautet deshalb auf Mitgliedschaft in einer ausländischen terroristischen Vereinigung.
