This idiot that shot out the pool party was out on bond for shooting up a chucky cheese a couple of months before. He was bonded out ( I think by his parents) on a $100,000 bail the first time, and somehow, he rearmed and went back on thug patrol. Of course the "kids" at the party were all heeled and came out like band of brothers too. The 2o year old who was out on bond is now eligable for a $200,000 bond again if someone ponies up.
