Watching this show on NOVA tonight makes me wonder who on USMB is a computer programed to respond as a human on a message board. I'm sure it is happening on some MB. The technology is here. A message board would be a perfect environment to perfect the conversational skills of a robot.

Ya...probably 2,000 videos.. 1,700 written replies and "List" posts. about about 3,500 posts from other people. It all pretty much follows "The List" rules. Oh ya I forgot..there are no rules.. Almost everyone accepts it for what it is...a goof. There are a handful of less than human(possibly robots) visitors and piss ants that feel it is in their program to challenge stupid things on the internet.

Maybe it is a thread generated by AI to ferret out the non human element!
