Group Mod review question

When we get “moderated” there is usually no signature for whichever mod did it.

But this leads me to ask a general mod question.

Is it actually a violation of the rules to post “off topic” in a thread which is already in the “Badlands?”

If so, why?

What do s so crucial about posting “on” any ”topic” in the “Badlands?”

We wouldn’t want to derail a “badlands” thread?? Because ????
