The August recess represents the unofficial deadline by which Republicans have said they will either enact a health-care bill or simply move on."
The Republican senators above are clearly indicating that the Senate GOP majority of 52 senators are not anywhere near crafting a bill that can meet the moderates' awareness that ACA or some form of it is here to say as well as stroke the Freedom Caucus into accepting such a bill in the House.
