Google censoring BMB suspect live shootout video.

Drudge posted a video of the shootout with the BMB suspect. I click to see it and it is removed due to a copyright claim by JESSICA?

So YT is just making up generic entities claiming copyright infringement?

I checked the account. A member since July 13, 2005 and ZERO videos posted.

Well somebody owned the video, that's for sure.

How did Drudge get hold of it?

If Drudge took it off Youtube without the owners permission they violated their copyright.
