Looks like one will not be presented curated content based on past content consumption or how the platform wants to drive consumption.

This is a very good outcome for those who want real content.

So many bubbleheads are easily driven by the curated content on these platforms.

So a 20 year old was awarded 3 million because she claims social media addicted her.



So does this mean we can sue dolly Madison for making people fat? Or tobacco companies for giving people cancer? Or alcohol companies for alcohol addiction? Etc..


Where were this girls parents for the 14 years she was addicted to social media? Apparently she started watching YouTube at 6 years old? Seems like if it was a problem, maybe the parents should have stepped in.

I know a guy who loves pizza..and he’s overweight, he’s about to be RICH!!
 
At a minimum one should be able to opt out of the algorithm.
