In a perfect world abortion wouldn't be necessary, but this isn't and never will be a perfect world. I'd prefer there were no abortions but that would require forcing my will on women.

Wow do you have a constructed answer for everything. And you lump everyone that doesn't hold your exact view as all being worse evil than the devil. Sorry the world is far more complicated, you'll have to revise your us vs them view of everything.

As I said it would be great if there were no need for abortion of any kind. And I think personally a child the day before birth is also a child. And the day before. There is a spectrum along the way. At conception no way. It is a single cell and continues as a lump of cells to a certain point. And no aborted fetuses should not be 'sold'. So there is common ground.

But then the question becomes how do you force a woman to give up control of her own body. Its a dicey proposition. Especially when in the case of rape and incest. You can't think yourself human and want to force a woman to carry a rapists baby to term. But there are people that are against choice that think a woman SHOULD be forced to carry to term no matter what, including rape and incest. These people are fascists.

It just isn't a simple black and white question, though that is how most people against choice would like it.

And in general why don't you relax. Stop viewing the rest of the world as evil. You know human beings have been having abortions since the beginning of time. Hundreds of thousands of years before Roe v Wade.

It's also about punishing women for what they deem to be "irresponsible" behavior, such as having sex before marriage. Although I'm quite sure almost all of them had premarital sex with women who did not end up being their wives.

The most telling thing of all as to their real feelings is how, once a baby is born, they don't care at all about it, it's education, how it will survive, if it is born to parents who don't want it. They only care about forcing their views and religious beliefs upon others. I think this is quite obvious.

Why not let the child be adopted by people who will give them a good life?
