yeah he is. How does that change the fact that until his last episode Fox news gave a man who has no problem speaking his mind a live 45 minute show everyday? Do you think it's a normal business practice to give people you fire 45 minutes of live air time to say whatever the heck they want?

And let's not forget he is still working for them in doing specials and appearance. Doesn't sound very fired to me.

A year from now, the left will wish that all he was doing was a 1 hr tv show on Fox.

Great post frazzledgear. The violence and anti-freedom beliefs of the left is simply appalling. It’s great to see people like Glenn Beck stand fearless in the face of their criminal antics and to peacefully just keep speaking the truth.

I have no earthly clue. His radio show is pretty funny, his TV show came off like a evangelical preacher.. it was kinda weird; I couldn't get my head around it.

But I do know this, he probably garners more viewers than the Maddow, Olberman, O'Donnell's, etc.. COMBINED.

Well Beck is a political commentator on the right, and yes a lot of people slag him and stuff-but people do the same to the Chris Matthews of the world. Who came first the chicken or the egg? My point was you have to hold those you disagree with to the same standards with those that you agree with (when it comes to an issue like civility). There's always mud being thrown around-and I don't suspect either side will stop anytime soon.

But by saying if Beck gets shot that it will somewhat be on the liberal's hands is just as ridiculous as say the blood of the people in Arizona is on the conservatives hands. You can't have it both ways. It's either the individual who's solely to blame, or its the individual, along with some other factors. You can't pick and choose. That's my point.

You make a great point - but just an FYI for the purposes of historical accuracy - the blood of the people in Arizona is squarely on the hands of the left. That psycho path Jared Lee Loughner was a LIBERAL. He supported Giffords and attended her townhalls. He was NOT a conservative in any capacity. Kudos on the rest of your post though.

But I do know this, he probably garners more viewers than the Maddow, Olberman, O'Donnell's, etc.. COMBINED.

He is starting an internet challen. GBTV It launches 9/12/11 (though unofficially its got some programs already)

He is also creating a clothing line for US manufactured clothing. Very nice quality from the looks of it. He is trying to rejuvenate some towns that have lost some jobs and the profits are going toward charitable work.

That man is up to alot of things. Like he said, in a year progressives are going to wish he only had a show on Fox.

I wasn't here back then, but as you seem to realize I wasn't talking to the right, but directly to the person that was doing the politicizing. Because there is no doubt that the man that did the shooting is mentally ill. He's only about 23, about the age when some mental illnesses start manifesting. Sad for everyone.
