On May 19, 2012, Jacqueline Gardener 24, was about to open her apartment door when she was attacked by three black men, robbed of $77 in tip money she earned as a waitress, and then choked and shot in the back with a 12 gauge shotgun, killing her instantly. The three black men have been free on $7,500 bond for eight long years.
Yesterday, Stephen Lee Henderson was scheduled to be sentenced for his admitting to the murder OVER EIGHT YEARS AGO. This hearing was postponed, as so many countless other hearings have been postponed. The other two criminals have yet to go to trial, free on bond.
These are my notes and the information is public. You can look it up and see for yourself how little WHITE LIVES MATTER!
For murdering her, Stephen Lee Henderson PROBABLY will be sentenced to six years in prison, and will be eligible for parole after only three years. "JUSTICE" is a one-word oxymoron.
