There is no specific Christian Teaching that encourages death to non conformists by the hand of the proselytizer. The map you offer includes some 2,000 or more denominations world wide BTW....With the Catholic Church being the largest of those. It is a very informative map however.

Why are you unaware of forced conversions of Orthodox to Catholicism? are you really unaware of that aspect of Christian history?
