This is a purely technical question, by analogy with the work of a computer and biological organisms.. there is an engineering and biological explanation for German servility and bureaucracy
1. A weak processor is compensated by a large amount of memory. Such a system works when it has ready-made instructions. Since freedom implies independent thinking, freedom is not suitable for the "learning with a teacher" model
2. Let's compare a cat and a dog. A cat is independent because it is very fast, strong and smart. Big cats kill alligators and anacondas.Weakness encourages wolves to collective behavior, and a dog feels comfortable when it serves its owner. This speaks of double weakness.
I stated it as briefly as possible,

if there is it-specialist, i can explain this in details, on example of difference between imperative and declarative paradigms

Why can't the rain man understand that underwear can be bought in any store? Because his memory has a ready-made instruction "buy underwear", and his "processor" does not work any other way than according to the algorithm for executing the instruction. If there is no ready-made recipe, he will not be able to survive.

Is this clear?

For this reason, the "plebeian" not only does not need freedom, it is destructive for him, he will become like a dog thrown into the street. He needs a fascist totalitarian system that will integrate him and give all necessary instructions, will limit the risks. Therefore, it is stupid to hope that such populations will adopt the American way. This is a fatal mistake. This is rejected not only by the totalitarian authorities, but also by the slaves of the system themselves

Germans are good with math and chemistry.

it is logical, because as a rule, a substitution model works there, which is well algorithmized. but they will not be able to discover something new in these areas, they do not have creative potential

The whole problem of many thousands of years of war between totalitarian empires and free peoples comes down to a simple formula: "good memory or a good processor"

There were over 500,000 people in attendance:

Peoples that freed slaves were invariably attacked by the slaves themselves, and destroyed by the slaves themselves. The tragic mistake was the false premise that all people are the same and can be educated. In fact, man and the system are a symbiosis and the fruit of evolution. The servant's brain is created by nature as it is, it is hardcore, which cannot be re-educated.

not so long, modern germany appeard in the end of 19 century as Prussian empire. But in sone sense it's true. this is atavism of ancient neanderthal world.

The ancient Neanderthals now stand poised once more...

1500 Years Behind the Greeks and Romans

Many German words cannot be traced back to Indo-European ("Aryan). They are mostly Neanderthal hybrids who were conquered by a much smaller groop of IEs around 4,000 BC.
