Question for CrusaderFrank: Who told you that American Indian was the ultimate insult ?

Do you have any hard data or can you just feel it. Did you ever hear that saying there is always one in the crowd ? When bin laden was killed the teams that went in used famous Indians names as thier call signs.

Of course there were people who claimed it was insulting instead of thinking of it a honor.
