The reason is crystal clear to me, anyhow.

The Obergefell decision has linked the idea of nuptials with guys taking it in the kiester from their bumbuddies.

Gaiety is not nearly as popular as leftards suggest, and linking the idea of sodomy to marriage makes the idea of getting married unappealing to normal guys.

What is it with you members of Alt-Right Nation and your constant dwelling on what you perceive as sexual deviancy?:)

Crystal clear???...I'm thinking more like Crystal Meth. :auiqs.jpg:
The reasons for Gen-Z forsaking marriage have been discussed adnauseum.
They don't see the value in commitment. They see the value in individuality. They see the country and the world heading in the downhill direction. They see they won't be able to afford even the most modest of American Dream that their parents were barely able to afford.

So they wait. And some will never get married or have kids. The marriage and kid cliff has been coming since the second Great Depression.

It`s people like you that give Polish people a bad name. I grew up in a part of town that was dominated by Poles and Slovaks like myself. None of them shared your obsession with gays. Do you know what it means to say "Thou doth protest too much". You`ve been outed. :)

Come and enjoy a Saturday afternoon Mass at my tiny Catholic Church, and enjoy mingling with one of the many families of dad and mom and five to seven kids who sit in the pew in front of you.

And if that's not enough kids for you, come on Sunday which is always packed even fuller!

When the kids get a little loud, Father just encourages them to Praise God a little louder!

That is a clever quote

Well done, particularly for a lib

Its a pity you wasted it on the wrong side of this issue

There is a Use-By date on live-only-for-the-moment hedonism that cannot be avoided

As the Zers will someday find out

There is no "right" or "wrong" side of this issue. It just is. You can categorize it as whatever you like.
The bottom line is you are looking at this as a religious and moral issue and passing a judgement that they are "hedonistic".
That's ignoring social, political, and economic reality.

You have just defined the issue based on the hedonist (lack of) values system

You perceive them as lack of values. A religious and moral perspective.
It isn't. It's just a choice. Honestly, if I were growing up today in their shoes, I probably wouldn't have kids either.

If it weren't for religious families, I shudder to think what America's birth rate would be. I have a good friend who is a Christian Pastor with 5 wonderful kids mostly grown up. I hope that Gen Z attitudes change as they mature. Not all of them certainly, but the majority seem too self-absorbed to make the commitment to marriage and kids.

Yes

And apparently you dont believe in religious or moral values

But nevertheless right and wrong exists
As I've stated this isn't a "right" or "wrong". It's just a decision.
You don't like it and that is your right. But you are approaching it from a religious and moral conviction.

And the bottom line is, no one is beholden to get married or have kids.

And have you seen how many people are packing the churches in response to Charlie's death?

REST IN FREEDOM, CHARLIE

Nobody is telling you that you must be beholden to get married or have kids.

All my Catholic friends will take care of that while your cult tries to suicide itself.

I don't belong to a cult. I'll leave the joining of hands and singing on Sundays to people like you...while you bask in the hypocrisy. :)

You don't want to have kids..don't. ^Shrug^.

How about approaching it from a societal conviction? Do you think nuclear families are beneficial to society? Hedonism is the hallmark of collapsing societies. Is that what you want?
.

Yes, it is. They've made that abundantly clear for a couple of decades.

I don't "want" anything. I exist and move forward. I make my own mark on the present. Individual choice.

And you're going just a bit hysterical with the "collapsing societies" and hedonism. YOU see it as moral collapse. I don't.

Making you own mark on this forum is more of a smudge.
There is not an ounce of hysteria in anything I post. I simply apply the lessons of history. How many hedonistic societies do I need to cite for you? How about Rome and pre-Revolution France and Russia?
YOU see it as moral collapse.
I see it as a collapse of shared beneficial values.
You don't "want" or "see" anything.
