I have three Gen Z'ers , all three are educated and go to work every day. SO maybe their mom and I raised anomalies, LOL. I wonder if this past elections is increasing the disparity in between these two groups.

My wife has to work with Gen Z college students for medical training. These students frequently call in sick or with flimsy excuses and as a result their training suffers. They don't seem to care as long as they "pass".

This is a generation that has lost all hope. How much will they have to earn just to buy a house?

Government spending is destroying the Western dream. Toss in illegals and China stealing industries and you have lost hope.

what is this calling in sick thing youre talking about??

in 50 yrs of working we never had sick days or any other cop out for getting out of work,,

if you did you better have lost a limb or close to death in the hospital,,

It's the Trump generation. They learned from the master. If you lie, cheat, and scam your way through life, and then double down on it when your called out. Not only do you pass, but become President.

It is a new world, my friend. Back in the day work ethic, dependability (a.k.a your ass was at work on time) and ability to work independently was highly valued. That is never talked about anymore. It's all about "work life balance".
