This is insane, Gavin Newson is soliciting Harris and democrats for a federal tax dollars to reduce the cost of energy to California residents. So, taxpayers in Ohio Michigan, Arizonia. Mississippi all 49 states not California will be paying for California residents energy bills. He completely denies that his own ludicrous energy policies are driving up the cost of energy in California.

Just another reason Harris cannot win on Tuesday.
