Gavin Newsom to Launch Podcast, and He Wants to Grill People “I Deeply Disagree With”

The California Governor is partnering with iHeartMedia on 'This is Gavin Newsom,' which will debut in the next few weeks.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is partnering with the radio and podcast giant iHeartMedia to launch a solo interview-focused podcast This is Gavin Newsom. Far from being a post-political gig, the podcast is expected to roll out in the next few weeks, with the trailer being released Wednesday.

“It’s time to have a conversation. It’s time to have honest discussions with people that agree AND disagree with us. It’s time to answer the hard questions and be open to criticism, and debate without demeaning or dehumanizing one other,” Newsom says in the trailer. “I will be doing just that on my new podcast – inviting people on who I deeply disagree with to talk about the most pressing issues of the day and inviting listeners from around the country to join the conversation.”

That guy sure wants to be POTUS doesn't he?

If memory serves he had one before that flopped.

I guess he has plenty of time on his hands to do that instead of, I don't know, doing governor stuff.
