Secondly, I can tell you from being in the Business World for several decades that not having an Official Language can bring forth a mulititude of problems.

You have a Pakistani sign a Contract that's not written in Pakistani and he can claim he was duped because of it. Same thing happens all the time for every other Langauge spoken and written in this Country.

And it's not just in Civil Cases. In Criminal Cases, too. Although the Court System doesn't put up with a lot of that shit. Ergo, the long-held Court Doctrine of, "Ignorance of the Law don't cut no ice."
