Just three days ago, I had to call them for the 3rd time for billing me for Prime. I have the adult settings set for a password and they activated again, anyway.

Amazon was fine until the company allowed foreign sellers, especially Chinese sellers, selling knockoff items without repercussions. Amazon gets a cut so why bother policing these foreign sellers. US sellers have been complaining for years to deaf ears.
