The Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
generally provides that any person has the right to request access to federal agency records or information except to the extent the records are protected from disclosure by any of nine exemptions contained in the law or by one of three special law enforcement record exclusions.
Well, and what about public information in NYC???
It is known, that the 13-years old criminal with the "history" , whose name has not been made public , will appear back in NYC Family Court thisTuesday.
ANY attempt to get the info on the time of the court preliminary hearing is withheld both by the Court and the Barnard College.
Another flirtation with a minority?
But not all Americans have anything to do with the shameful slave trade, which went on in New York City after the official prohibition of slavery, and we have the right to know the truth.
Or do we no longer have it???
