It all depends on Moore v. Harper now before SCOTUS. The U.S. Constitution gives State Legislatures the sole right to regulate federal elections. The Democrats have been abrogating this authority with bogus state court rulings and phony settlement agreements. Unless SCOTUS stops this, we will never have legitimate elections.

Pending SCOTUS review of briefs submitted 5/11/23 on whether the case has become moot because of the NC Supreme Court's reversal of its prior appealed decision. Dems want SCOTUS to drop it because of national implications.

Contested & rigged elections have always been around. In our USA allegations of rigged POTUS elections started around 1800/1824. In todays world the ETR(easy to rig) computerized voting system coupled with a split American constituency pretty much eliminates the American constituency from the POTUS election process. One thing is a for sure though, one can bet their soul safely that any POTUS will be from the RepubliCratic Duopoly Party(RCDP) no matter what.
