It only affected the very, VERY wealhtiest of WEALTHY, really wealthy people.

It capped the amount of State And Local Tax (Hence, SALT) deduction one could take from their FEDERAL Income taxes at $10,000. Anything over that, you could no longer deduct from your Federal Income Tax Liability. Remember??

Know who raised Holy Hell unto the High Heavens about it??
