Many of these districts in the battle ground states are ran primarily by Democrats (especially in the large urban areas). They used the same company, the same voting machines with the same algorithms that helped Maduro pull off his theft of Venezuela's elections. They knew what they were buying when they purchased Dominion Voting Machines.
There never needs to be an Algorithm on any voting machines. Algorithms are complex mathematic formulas designed as more of an if this then that computation.
Simple tabulations are all that is needed in a voting machine.
You only want Algorithms if you wanted to do something like apply a ratio to a vote for instance, for every 1 vote Trump received, you deduct .25 from that vote turning it to .75, and assign it to the other candidate, and then at the final tabulation to get rid of fractional voting the algorithm rounds up for one candidate, and down for the other.
This is how you siphon off 25% of the votes for the candidate you target without getting caught, especially if you destroy the data immediately after like they did.
That is an algorithm. That is what they are used for. To detect patterns or create a complex calculation following a set of rules preset in the Algorithm or set a pattern.
