Flower-watering pastor’s suit against Childersburg dismissed
A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by a local pastor against the city of Childersburg and three Childersburg police officers in 2022.
update on this case. this is preacher who was watering the neighbors flower and refused to comply with cops. his suit was dismissed. the reason he was let out of jail is judge didnt feel he was interfering in a government operation. When cps said id yourself. They mint give your full name and address and reason you are here.; They had right to ask cause they call he was suspicious. They never wanted too see offical license,. So case was dropped because the preacher did not comply. dude has no case. thats why he was arrested not because he had to show drivers license. makes sense now. He should have complied. Arrest was found reasonable.
