Florida arrests over 40 Pedophiles in raids

My wife once showed me a list of registered sex offenders living in various neighborhoods all over the country and I was completely astounded by how many there were, everywhere. Very few neighborhoods are safe. I was shocked beyond belief. I also used to watch the 20/20 shows where they caught people trying to hook up for sex with underage children and they caught several a second time. Literally unbelievable.
Something to keep in mind...... Back in the 90's there was an epidemic of false child molestation accusations made mostly by Parents in divorce/custody battles.

Whoever screamed, "Child Molester!!" first won the Court battle. And it really was an epidemic. Courts have become more skeptical in recent years.

Have you, or anybody else in here, ever heard of a woman being prosecuted for a false Rape Charge? Have you ever heard of a person being prosecuted for a false Child Abuse accusation?

So where's the down side to screaming either to High Heavan just to get your way? Shit happens all the time. Believe it. The most vulnerable are Hi Profile types, especially athletes and Actors. People in the Public Eye. Many times, it's a shakedown, extortion, Blackmail..... "Give me what I want or -- Or else. You'll see" Women have been known to have another guy bruise their faces up so they can extort a Man by claiming 'Domestic Abuse'. That's a loser, there. Almost impossible to beat. "Give me $100k or you'll be sorry."

It's the biggest reason why so many Famous Men have Body Guards. NOT to keep other Men away, to keep the women away. word

The more I learn about society, the better I like my Truck

There should be legal consequences for that stuff.

Those cases were mostly based on dubious testimony from what turned out to be coached children.

These cases involve possession of media, sharing of media, and usually active attempts to contact minors. Much easier to believe people caught with that stuff, or doing those contacts are diddlers.

I remember well the scares of the 80's and 90's about all this, that and the whole "Satanists are around every corner" hysteria.

This is the WORST crime imageable !! This should be automatic death sentence along with RAPE

I am sure there are tens of thousands of more in Florida alone walking free

You are correct if you're referring to the National Cases.

The McMartin PreSchool case centered around PROSECUTORS coaching children into making False Testimony.

But, that's how Lawyers roll. Lawyers ARE the Deep State and the Deep State is despicable. BTW, you have to be a Lawyer to be a Judge, so....... :dunno:

I'm talking about the cases that never make the news. Where Mommy or even sometimes (seldom) Daddy accuses the other parent of inappropriate behavior so they can win a Court Case or gain custody.... I've also seen accusations made out of pure revenge.....

I've seen the several law and order episodes based on those occurrences, and I am aware they still exist.

Nothing makes people more detestable than a divorce.

I won't watch 'Law and Order' anymore. I watched two or three episodes 20 years ago and still catch bits and pieces of it. It gets almost everythng about the Law wrong. It is, quite frankly, a joke. A bad one.

The directing, script, production, lighting, location and acting suck ass. Other than that, it's okay I guess

A man of strong opinions.

Observations.

Many, Many years ago I, along with just about everybody else on Planet Earth thought that "All in The Family" was the best SitCom on God's Green Earth.

It didn't do much in syndciation but a few weeks ago I thought I'd catch an old episode or two. So I did.

It was horrible. So I watched another episode. It was even worse. It just simply sucked. So I waited a week and watched another one. They just kept getting worse.

TV programs are about make-believe. And I'm okay with that. Just don't insult my intelligence.

If an entire generation watches a TV program and they all go to work and talk about it the next day, you almost have to watch it yourself in order to be part of the crowd. You don't want to be considered 'weird'. So you have to convince yourself that what you're watching really is good entertainment. You can delude yourself into believing that if you try.

ALL IN THE FAMILY sucked ass back then, and it sucks ass even worse now. Now that we've matured a bit as a culture. Watch it sometime. Tell us what you think. Keep in mind, it was Ground Breaking at the time.

Law and Order SUCKS ASS. It always has, it always will. It is Woke Wish-Casting in spades. The spin-offs are even worse.

Sam Waterson, the original series...... The only thing I ever saw him in where he was believable was in Heavens Gate. One of the more underrated Movies of all time. Too long, they said. It needed to be. It has stood the test of time.

That may be when you first noticed it due to your age or exposure to it. But if you study it, you'll notice that it really started in 1970 with CBS and their "Rural Purge"

Yeah I was born in 1975 so missed the older TV stuff except on re-runs.

At least my grandparents and parents were staunch Columbo fans and I got to watch that Sundays.
