Damn, that brings back memories, I remember my first computer, a C-64 with a tape recorder as hard drive for the games, the graphics were a joke compared to today but we didn't know better back then and we sure had a lot of fun with it..

apparently there are many 2600 games now that are work some good cash, I have maybe 15 total somewhere in a box along with my 2600 that last worked 40+ years ago, probably could fire it up now but I at 3840 the graphics might look horrible

Damn, my first engineering job, my boss used to do tape back ups at the end of the day. One of my first instructors used to brag he was one of the people who worked on developing the ENIAC. It used tens of thousands of vacuum tubes and was hardwired to be programmed. It was used in some of the early development of the hydrogen bomb.

that was my first one, few years later they had a white one with a more sharp front edge
I want say my power supply brick failed and took my computer with it and I had to buy another one
this was also back before surge protectors were widely known
