I dont know if this is just a british thing but the videos work like this. Some creeo films drunken women as they stumble around on a night out in town.. Then they put it on social media.
They are called Manchester Nightlife or similar.
The women are generally out of their skulls and in no fit condition.
Now it seems its illegal.
I think that is only fair and right. People should feel safe when they go out.

They wouldn’t know if they feel safe because they’re drunk.

Wouldn't it be safer to not go out and be "out of their skulls?"

Maybe not wear outfits like this in public:

I just pray she doesnt meet trump or any of his raping cabinet picks.

Women should be able to wear whatever they wish in public.......

That noted this seems all kinda vague to me. It notes filming people in public is legal. So seems to me that if you are stumbling around drunk and get filmed, well, it is what it is.

Now they do mention "upskirts". No matter what a women wears she should feel safe that some creep isn't sneaking up behind them and filming up their skirts. Harrassing? Kinda vague.

Public places here like sports stadiums warn that you will be filmed during the game , nightspots need to do the same. But invading someones privacy and body without permission needs to be unlawful.

It’s weird that nobody in the UK has a problem with their Crown filming them without consent

What the **** is it to do with you what they wear ? The UK isnt a handmaid tale country like the US.
Hey schmuck. You’re the idiot who brought it up.

They are getting videoed for a few reasons. They are out drunk. They dress like hos. And, apparently, some people get a laugh out of seeing drunken slutty-looking women staggering around in public.

Public drunkenness and disorderly conduct are crimes, and people have a right to video them if they occur in public.

If these dames didn't want to be seen in public in this condition, they wouldn't be in public in that condition.

I'm cool with privacy. I disagree with people who put hidden cameras into toilet stalls in gas stations or engage in "up skirt" photography.

But this is a different story entirely.

But let Muslims rape women with a slap on the wrist.

You UK blokes really got your priorities.

Though filming on a public street is not a crime, it can cross the line into harassment, and women who discovered they had been targeted were asked to report it to police. “Filming in public is legal. However, where this filming crosses the line into offences such as upskirting, stalking or harassment, it’s important that we don’t allow that behaviour.”

This brown guy from Bradford was arrested for harassment and stalking because these women were half naked. Filming random drunken women in public is completely legal. It's import to know the difference.

They are not crimes in themselves. If you are drunk and causing a nuisance then its a crime. If you are drunk and just walking down the road it isnt a crime.
Less creepy guys filming women is a good thing. Obviously maga has a problem with that. But what do you expect from the party of rape and pervs.
