Most likely. I wouldn't want to be betting against Trump at this point. He also has the state legislatures on his side. You know, the guys who select the electors in the electoral college? Yeah, them.all these lower court dismissals do is get the issues to the supreme court faster.

Trump won the election by a substantial margin, then the dems and their minions cheated. The truth will come out and the SC will rule in Trump's favor. This shit is almost over and many dems are going to jail.
Obvious nonsense. As the Texas suit didn't use any of the lower courts. Texas could have done this the day after the election if they'd wanted to.
They submitted their case on Tuesday as it was the Safe Harbor day. It isn't based on any other suit, through it rehashes the same arguments that have already been adjudicated.
This is the Texas AG's attempt to get a pre-emptive pardon for the crimes the FBI is currently investigating him for in exchange for some silly political theater.
