Federal Judge Dismisses Georgia ‘Kraken’ Suit Hours After Sidney Powell Failed in Michigan

all these lower court dismissals do is get the issues to the supreme court faster.
that is a good thing.
Trump won the election by a substantial margin, then the dems and their minions cheated. The truth will come out and the SC will rule in Trump's favor. This shit is almost over and many dems are going to jail.
Most likely. I wouldn't want to be betting against Trump at this point. He also has the state legislatures on his side. You know, the guys who select the electors in the electoral college? Yeah, them.

Obvious nonsense. As the Texas suit didn't use any of the lower courts. Texas could have done this the day after the election if they'd wanted to.

They submitted their case on Tuesday as it was the Safe Harbor day. It isn't based on any other suit, through it rehashes the same arguments that have already been adjudicated.

This is the Texas AG's attempt to get a pre-emptive pardon for the crimes the FBI is currently investigating him for in exchange for some silly political theater.

Nope. They made the same requirement of response from Pennsylvania in the Mike Kelly suit.

Before dismissing it unanimously with a one word response:

"Denied"
That case didn't have 17 states behind it, and it wasn't a constitutional issue. It was just for a temporary injunction. We'll find out more on this tomorrow.

You just hold on to all this jibberish until tomorrow afternoon, and then we'll see better what's going to happen. In the meantime, you're just as unaware as all the rest of us.

Are you gay? Calling me slut? I have said many a times I am a man and I don't think your low life self has anywhere in my life. You socialist pig.
HA HA. Me, a "socialist" ? I wonder how/where that came from. And if you're a man, then why do you have a woman's name as your display name ? I guess you're some kind of a queer trashbag. Whatever. Not my problem. :finger3:

Dude, you've been telling us all the time how Trump's epic record if inept failure in court has been part of a 'plan' to get to the Supreme Court.

You were wrong. Trump's epic failure in court was just inept.

The Texas suit has nothing to do with any of Trump's failed efforts, nor required any lower court blunders by Trump's legal team, nor any of Trump's comically incompetent losses.

You're being played.

Since none of those states have the slightest standing, its as irrelevant as the Kelly case.

Again, you've been wrong at every stage of this. None of Trump's legal efforts amounted to anything. They've all failed.

This last steaming pile of pseudo-legal horseshit isn't even Trump's. So much for 'Trump's grand plan'.
