Video is clear as **** shows the dude has his shirt up for 5-10 seconds so pigs KNEW he had no gun which he didn't.

"Murder" is a legal term and the shooting was ruled valid.

Having said the above, I think still that the family has a solid case in the court.

As a Salt Lake native I remember this very well. I could never understand how the cop got away with it. If memory serves me right the cop was black, and some were afraid of repercussions.
