With the incredible and insane performance by Trump today with Putin in Helsinki, the may be under 38 by next Monday.

Since the coming fall elections are a referendum on Trump, the GOP are going to have no coat tails to ride. The last Fox generic ballot had the Dems up by eight last week. It will be much higher by Friday.
