Ummm, why on earth would Fox News know anything about Benghazi? They weren't there, and they tend to be wrong about so many other things... now if they went snooping around BBC or NPR, that would make more sense, as they would be more likely to have journalists in that part of the world recording what is going on as it happens... you know, like real journalism and stuff.
