Hardly. If you've bothered to listen to Dershowitz on this subject, he seldom fails to threaten Epstein's victims with a lawsuit if they dare mention any names of their abusers.

She is the one that retracted it. She said she was mistaken in naming him. Sounds like she was trying to extort money out of him.
She provided no evidence or details of a Dershowitz attack.
So again, why would that stop any of the current victims from naming names?
